“You can’t go 24 hours a day, each day and every day obsessing about your cancer. Nobody can. You need a break.”

~ Robert Schimmel

Destination Hope’s offerings have one primary goal:

To promote the art of positive living through humor, support and knowledge for individuals touched by cancer

To that end, Destination Hope hosts retreats in Cleveland, Ohio called: “I Deserve a Break.”

The retreat organizers, a group of knowledgeable and experienced professionals, expose participants to healthy and holistic approaches to care for themselves. For one day women in active cancer treatment (any stage, any disease) participate in a series of mind, body and spirit activities.
